HOW IS IT PRODUCED?
The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot type grapes grown in our vineyard are infected with leaf mold before harvest and the grape's own immune system strengthens its own immune system by increasing the phenolic substances Quercetin in the seed, Trans-Resveratrol and Catechins in the skin.
